Increase Of My Salary

i have expirienced a problems this year with my salary review, i am asking the Lord to take charge of the situation as i am not able to fight on my own. i have received the letter in Feb 2013 stating my new salary package. till to day my salary was never increased is different from the paper that i have in my hands right now. And i was told the letter was issued in Error,Lord, God Almighty Father please here my prayers about my salary that it must be backdated from the day the letter was issued plus the new review as we will be getting other reviews in Feb 2014.
