In the past 6 months,God got us through our apartment building burning down, my husband's father nearly dying in a car wreck, the death of my grandmother, someone wrecking their car into our garage and doing thousands of dollars worth of damage to our belongings (we had the entire contents of our home in there since we have been displaced), new jobs, and the stress of moving. I pray that God will continue to grant me patience through this time of living with my in-laws until we can find a permanent home. We praise God that we are now financially able to move from my in-laws and that we may be patient while awaiting a home. Just Friday, my in-laws called to say they found a place for us to live that we could actually afford. We have looked at the home, and it will meet our needs. If it is God's will, we pray that he will help us to get this house so that we may no longer be a burden on my in-laws in their small living space. If it is not God's will that we have a home right now, give me the patience and comfort in the knowledge that God will provide all that we need. I also pray for my sister who is expecting her first child this May. Pray that this baby grows healthy and strong and comes to know God's love.
