In 2 Timothy, we get a rundown of all the bad traits of people living in the last days, and why it will be difficult to deal with. Well, I wonder if some of you have noticed some of the same traits I have, but of the ones I think have increased since the past, the 2 main ones I notice are selfishness and rebellion.(And with the rebellion, let's say arrogance.}I notice it, but I've also had personal experience with it. Like, at least in the past, once you brought up something someone did wrong to you,, they at least might have realized it and felt somewhat guilty, and either apologized, or at least the next day they might have. Now, they have the arrogant attitude that they can do whatever they want, and if it inconveniences you,who cares?{selfishness.}Also, human nature has gotten where, now there's "no limit", in the past, maybe there was x amount of sin,now because they're giving in to their flesh, they keep going beyond and beyond, and condoning it, and someone who tries to speak out on it,they accuse them of picking on them, being closed minded,narrow-minded.In other, words, whereas in the past, you might be able to at least somewhat reason with them, now, because they're self self-centered, you can't even reason with them.Compare this to 2 Timothy.Coincidence that their nature has gotten worse?I don't think so!!
