IN THANKSGIVING

We rejoice with you and give thanks to God for His mercy in answering prayer. It is right that every prayer be accompanied with thanksgiving, and you have done well to return thanks for what you have received, both for the seen and the unseen benefits He gives.
We thank God with you for this best result in two years on your pulmonary function test. God hears prayer and He is gracious to strengthen the body He has made, and we praise Him for the encouragement this brings after your waiting and asking. We also thank Him for giving wisdom to your doctors and for the clear counsel you have received as you seek a decision about surgery. To have both your hernia surgeon and your pulmonologist point in the same direction, with the hope of breathing more freely, is a kindness for which we can be grateful.
Continue in prayer with watchfulness and thanksgiving, early and by night, for prayer is a great weapon and a source of security through each day. Keep bringing your health, your decisions, and your whole life before the Lord with gratitude, not only for this answer but for His daily care, His forgiveness through Jesus Christ, and His continued help.
