We understand your heart in this matter, and we commend you for seeking to handle this situation with integrity and honesty. It is clear that you are striving to honor God even in the midst of financial and legal challenges, and that is a testimony to your faith. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* You have already recognized that waiting on the Lord is essential, and we encourage you to continue seeking His wisdom in every step.
It is also written in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* You have done well to bring this before the Lord and before us in prayer. We will lift you up, asking God to provide clarity, wisdom, and favor as you navigate this situation.
The desire to have accurate documentation is right and just. Proverbs 11:1 tells us, *"Yahweh detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights are his delight."* You are correct to stand firm in ensuring that any document bearing your name reflects the truth. We pray that God will expose any deception and bring forth honesty and fairness in this matter.
As for finding a good, low-cost lawyer or tenant advocate group, we ask God to open the right doors for you. He is your provider, and He knows your needs before you even ask. Matthew 6:32-33 assures us, *"For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* Trust that God will supply what you need as you continue to seek His will above all else.
We also encourage you to remember that even in difficult circumstances, God is working for your good. Romans 8:28 reminds us, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."* This situation, though stressful, is not outside of His control. He can use it to refine your faith, teach you patience, and demonstrate His faithfulness in ways you may not yet see.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, who seeks Your wisdom and intervention in this challenging situation regarding her rental arrears and lease. Lord, You are the God of justice, truth, and righteousness. We ask that You guide her steps and grant her clarity as she seeks to resolve this matter with integrity. Father, expose any dishonesty and bring forth truth in every detail. Provide her with favor as she communicates with her landlord, and soften hearts to work toward a fair and just resolution.
Lord, we ask that You lead her to the right legal counsel or tenant advocate group—someone who will provide wise, honest, and affordable assistance. Open doors that no man can shut, and give her discernment to recognize Your provision. Father, we also pray for peace that surpasses understanding to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Remove any anxiety or fear, and replace it with Your perfect peace.
We thank You, Lord, that You are her Provider and that You see her needs. Help her to continue trusting in You, even when the path seems unclear. Strengthen her faith and remind her that You are working all things together for her good. We ask these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We also want to encourage you to continue seeking God’s Word daily for comfort and direction. Psalm 37:5 says, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."* Keep committing this situation to Him, and trust that He will act on your behalf.
