IN PAIN...Please Pray

I hurt my BF with words that I truly love. He has emotionally shut down and will not speak with me. He won’t answer my calls. The silence is painful. I don’t know what else to do. I love him. He’s had a painful childhood and insecurities and possibly low self esteem. I love him and do not ever want to hurt him again. I’m praying that  we are brought back together and in the interim, God opens his heart to receive me to have a conversation. I just pray that he opens up to me. We need to communicate. I’m getting depressed!

If he loves you he will forgive you in time. Just because you said something out of anger or frustration doesn't necessarily mean you don't love the person. If he has trouble resolving issues and does the silent treatment then that is not good. He needs to learn how to resolve conflict or else any long term relationship wouldn't work for him.

There are always problems, it is how you handle them that matters.
