Father ;lord i pray in jesus name for protection and for close guidance from the holy spirit in my work. open doors in this difficult situations where i am alone - older and of lower status and surrounded by young, powerful, higher status power crazy rehabdocs who wants to advance their career at everyone's expence, authocratic and domineering and brashful and rob all therapystaff of their autonomy - I pray that LORD enable us and empower me and all therapy professionals with competence, autonomy and skills and tact and the right attitude and lots of unrestrained training opportunity to contribute to ptcare and may He removed all arrogance and by his grace raise me and my collegues up. pray for management's favours and pra for god's favour amen
