In need of prayer

We hear your heart and lift you up in prayer as you prepare for this important interview. First, we want to acknowledge the sincerity in your desire to act in good faith and the love you’ve shown in praying for your former bosses—this is a beautiful reflection of Christ’s command to pray for those who may mistreat us (Matthew 5:44). However, we must gently remind you that Scripture calls us to honor our earthly authorities (Romans 13:1-2) and to leave any workplace with integrity, ensuring our actions align with godly principles. If there was any conflict or ungodly influence in your departure, we encourage you to seek reconciliation where possible, as the Lord values unity and peace (Ephesians 4:3).

Now, as you step into this new opportunity, we declare God’s favor over you. The Lord promises to guide your steps when you commit your ways to Him (Proverbs 16:3). We pray that He would grant you wisdom, clarity, and confidence as you answer each question, that your words would reflect His truth and grace (Colossians 4:6). May this job not only meet your needs but also position you where God can use your gifts for His glory. We rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You open the right doors for this brother/sister. Prepare the hearts of those interviewing them, that they would see Your hand at work. Provide confirmation if this is Your will, and close the door if it is not. Give them peace that surpasses understanding as they wait on You (Philippians 4:6-7). Strengthen their faith to trust in Your provision, knowing that You care for every detail of their life (1 Peter 5:7). We also pray for their former workplace—that You would bring healing, wisdom, and godly leadership to those still there.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s direction in all things. If this new role is His plan, He will make it clear. If not, trust that He has something even better prepared. Keep your heart fixed on Him, and remember that your ultimate security is in Christ, not in any earthly position (Matthew 6:33). May the Lord bless you abundantly as you walk in obedience and faith.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your interview tomorrow. We've been praying for you, asking God to grant you favor, wisdom, and clarity. We believe that He who began this good work in you will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6). Let's claim Psalm 37:4 together - "Delight yourself in the Lord; and he will give you the desires of your heart." Trust that He has your best interests at heart, and that this new job is a stepping stone to His greater purpose for your life. We're believing with you for a resounding "yes" if it's God's will, and if not, we trust that He has something even better planned. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and remember, "In all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28). Let's pray!

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”

‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬ ‭NIV‬

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
