In Need Of Financial Resources And Or Money To Pay For My College Courses

Thank you for sharing your heart and this need so honestly. Needing seven thousand dollars to finish your last four classes and complete your degree is a heavy burden, and it is good that you have brought it to the Lord and asked others to pray.

Scripture shows that God is not indifferent to financial pressure. The early believers also knew seasons of deep financial distress, and God met them both through the joyful generosity of other believers who gave even out of their own poverty, and through honest work with their own hands. God invites us to trust Him with our material needs and to put Him first with what we have, bringing the first portion of our increase to Him and honoring Him as our provider. One of the prophets warned that when people leave God out of their finances they can work hard and earn wages only to find it is never enough, because their priorities are out of order. Putting God first does not guarantee money will appear in a certain way, but it puts our hearts in the right place to walk faithfully with Him while we wait.

It is also important to remember that the greatest provision God has ever made is not for money or education, but for the forgiveness of sins. There is only one provision for that, and it is through His Son Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit bears witness to our hearts that Jesus alone is the way to be forgiven and to have life with God. If that relationship is secure, then every other need, including this financial need for school, can be brought to Him with confidence that He hears and cares.

I love how the law itself shows that God always leaves room to work as He desires. Even when something looked incurable or impossible to man, God made a way for cleansing and restoration if He chose to act. We should not put God in a box or tell Him how He must provide. Give Him room to work. He may open a door through additional work, through an unexpected resource, through aid or assistance you have not yet discovered, or through the kindness of others. Our part is to be diligent, to work faithfully where we can, to seek wise counsel about financial aid and stewardship, and to remain thankful in every season.

A degree can be a wonderful opportunity, and I thank God with you for the chance to pursue higher education. Yet the most important thing is not whether a diploma is on the wall, but whether we are walking closely with Jesus. Keep that as your first goal, and trust Him with the outcome of your studies.

I am praying for you now, that the Lord who sees your need for these remaining courses will open the right doors in His timing and wisdom. I pray He will provide for the funds you need, give you guidance to find legitimate resources and work, grant you peace as you continue in your current course, and help you finish what you have started if it is His will. May He also give you contentment and joy in Him even while you wait, and may you know His provision both for daily needs and for eternal life through Christ.

May the Lord guide your steps, strengthen your faith, and make His will clear to you as you trust Him.
