In just a little over a hour I will have to leave for an appointment. I always dread the long bus ride. However I really need to go because it is with my therapist and I have been very depressed for a couple of days now. Please pray that I can get through this day and end the severe depression. I pray the Lord will hear and answer your prayer. Despite the bus ride, thank you for taking the effort to see your therapist. A few months ago, I found out my brother has also been suffering from depression. He started seeing a therapist and is doing better. Continue to pray and get help. Know that everything happens for a reason and the Lord is always watching over us. Hear word and listen for his guidance. I pray he ease your mind of worry and sadness and help you overcome your battle with depression. Have a good day. AMEN.
