Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, we thank You for the desire in ###'s heart to be delivered from the sins and spirits of hatred, envy, jealousy, malice, slander, anger, and bitterness. Your Word says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). We trust in Your promise of forgiveness and cleansing.
Father, we ask that You fill ### with the Holy Spirit, allowing the fruits of the Spirit to manifest abundantly in ###'s life. "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control" (Galatians 5:22-23). May these attributes overflow in ###'s heart and mind, transforming every area of life.
Lord, grant ### a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in Your sight. As Your Word says, "Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand" (Philippians 4:5). May ###'s presence be a testament to Your grace and love, bringing peace and encouragement to those around.
We pray that ### will be strengthened by Your Spirit to overcome any negative emotions and thoughts. "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). Let ### walk in the power and love that You have given, exercising self-control in all situations.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your unfailing love and mercy. In Jesus' name, Amen.
