Father i thank you for all your mercies to us sinners . It is hard not to fall in the traps and the cunning ways that the enemy uses to get us .Wether it is by our thoughts words or deeds .You Lord has provided us with the education to advance technology so that we can make work simpler and produce more . However Father the enem yhas taken this same thing to make us sin day after day . The computers ,the mobiles phones are just some of the tools that are now the domain of the enemy .

Father i pray for my dad who is hospitalised . Father only you know the day and the hour you will call him to rest .i pray that you will forgive him of all his sins. Father in intercede on his behalf .

I know that i am not worthy to untie your sandals but Lord because of the faith that you have given me i am assured that you will cleanse him and forgive from all his sins .

Father as he lay there on his bed Lord take his hands and comfort him . Prepare him for that journey that only you as his loving Father can .

Give his visitors that are of you Lord the strenthand courage and annoint them with the Holy spirit that they will speak to him under your command . Guide the words of their lips Lord as they minister to him .

Father i thank you for the years you have lent our dad ,our grand father , our husband and friend to us . As you prepare to take him to be with you give us the knowledge and the assurance that we need . Let us focus Lord not on a loss but a gain . Life on earth is only for a time and we must pass on as Your Son Jesus did .This he did for us so that we could rise again with you never to die again .

Father strengthen my entire family at this time and when the time of his passing comes . I pray especially for my mom and my brother Tyrone that you will speak even more to them . Lord cover them . Lord we depend solely on you for your unfailing love and guidance at this time . May we be strengthened at this time . Let this be a time of healing our family .Let all petty grievances be squashed and all fences be ment .In Jesus name Amen
