In Desperate Need

I have Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Numb Feet, Painful Knees. I weight 378 pounds and need to lose at least 100 pounds. I need a better income to better take care of my house and 4 dogs and 1 parrot. My house needs new windows and doors. It's very hot in Florida and my windows and doors allow the heat into my house and my A.C. works over time which makes my electric bill very high. I need a newer vehicle, mine is old and gets 10 m.p.g. My credit isn't good because when I became disabled in 2001 (cancer) and couldn't work my job of 21 years, I had to wait to become eligible for S.S. and couldn't pay my bills.
