In Desperate Need Of Help Appealing My Denial For Disability Retirement
after waiting over 4 long years the retirement association is denying my application. they had an attorney working on my case to find reasons even technicalities to deny it. I on other hand went about it on my own because I could not afford an attorney and could not find one that would work contingent regarding this type of disability. they all wanted between $###-### with no guarantee and not including appealing denial if denied. now at this stage I am having a hard time finding an attorney and the one I did find wants ###,### while making it clear that nothing might change. please please pray that God will lead me to and provide me with the right attorney, person, advocate or resource to help me in this. I am disabled and unable to work. I have progressive hearing loss. I have 100% loss in my right ear, 80% loss in my left, on top of that I have chronic tinnitus with is persistent ticking, ringing, humming sense of pounding in ears. I only have ### days to appeal if I do please pray that all those weapons formed against me me by the retirement association, their attorney, the county , the hearing officer and anyone else won't prosper . they seem to have prospered already but I know God has the final word. please pray for a miracle in this impossible situation.
