In anticipation of husband's trip ending

Lord I feel God working but not as expeditiously as I would hope. I know that it is God's time and not mine so I pray that you give me patience! Lord I feel you each day more and more. I know that my husband's travel will bring him home next week and I pray that I continue to stay at peace if he decides to not come "home" but decides to stay at his friend's house instead. Help me to manage my frustration; help me to focus on you; help me to remember that you are in control of this situation. Lord I pray that you focus your efforts on him and that you will bring him back to you and then eventually back to me.

But Lord I can't help but ask.....GODSPEED!!!!

Thank you for helping me get through this weekend without being anxious. Lord, I thank you for letting my dear husband text me this morning on a day that is extremely busy for him. I take even the simple, "have a good day" as a good sign that he is thinking of me. Lord I pray that as this trip draws to a close for him tomorrow that he considers coming home to OUR home. Lord I pray that if he doesn't that we continue to work to that end. Lord, please help me to not get upset, or frustrated if he does not come home for I know that your timing is everything. Lord help me to continue to exercise patience.

Thank you again for this holy day and for your love, grace, and mercy. I pray that everyone here feels this tonight and that you bless each and every one that comes to you in prayer.

I have had an OK day, but I know my dear husband is traveling home, due to be in town in the next 2 hours. Lord I don't know what his plan is for he hasn't shared it with me, but Lord please bring him home. I don't understand his reasons for staying away and we can work on things by being together face-to-face. Lord help him to see that. Lord also help me with this whole PATIENCE thing. I know it is in your time and I know that you are taking care of him. Lord guide him in my direction. Keep him safe. And help me to deal with whatever comes my way tonight.

Thank you Lord for your many blessings and for keeping me focused on work today.

Thank you for bringing Chris home safely. Lord thank you for giving me the presence of mind during our conversation to not get frustrated, angry, or anxious. Lord I pray that you be with him tonight as he sleeps at a friend's house. Lord I also pray that we get to talk tomorrow night like he mentioned. Lord give him the right frame of mind for us to have a productive conversation. Also, please continue to give me peace. I cannot say thank you enough for the peace I have felt tonight even with the disappointment that he presented me with in not coming home.

I know you are working, and I know you are there with him and here with me. Lord I pray that you forgive him of his selfishness, empty him of it along with his vain ambition. Lord bring him back to you and who you long for him to be. Fill him with your spirit and your love. Thank you for filling me as well.
