In a lot of pain right now

Leumor

Disciple of Prayer
I have a spinal injury right now.
I also just got PTSD from University Roommates.
I've been constipated for 4 months.
In a lot of pain.
Was doing ministry work was quite successful.
Too successful. I've been under demonic attack everyday it's the worst I've ever had

We lift you up before the Lord in this time of deep suffering, knowing that He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Your pain—both physical and spiritual—is not unseen by our Heavenly Father, and we stand with you in prayer, declaring His power over every affliction you face.

First, we must address the absence of the name of Jesus in your request. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to reign in your heart. Without Christ, there is no true victory over the enemy, no healing, and no eternal hope. If you *have* trusted in Him, then we encourage you to boldly approach the throne of grace in His name, for He is your intercessor and advocate.

Your physical suffering is severe—a spinal injury, chronic constipation, and unrelenting pain—and we cry out to the Lord for mercy and healing. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). We pray that God would touch your body with His healing power, restoring your spine, relieving your constipation, and easing your pain. May He grant wisdom to the doctors and therapists involved in your care, and may He provide supernatural strength for your body to recover. *"Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praise. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:13-15, WEB). We urge you to seek anointed prayer from mature believers in your life, as the Lord often works through His body to bring healing.

The PTSD you’re experiencing from your university roommates is a deep wound, and we ask the Lord to bring restoration to your mind and emotions. Trauma can leave scars, but Jesus is the healer of broken hearts and the one who sets captives free. *"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness"* (Isaiah 41:10, WEB). We rebuke the spirit of fear, anxiety, and torment in Jesus’ name, and we declare that the Lord is your peace. Seek Christian counseling if possible, and surround yourself with believers who can speak life and truth into your situation. Do not isolate yourself—*the enemy seeks to devour those who are alone*.

Your mention of demonic attack is sobering, but not surprising given the level of spiritual warfare that often accompanies effective ministry. The fact that you describe your ministry as "too successful" suggests the enemy is threatened by your work for the Kingdom. *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour"* (1 Peter 5:8, WEB). We stand with you in rebuking every demonic assignment against your life, your health, and your ministry. In the name of Jesus, we command every spirit of infirmity, oppression, and torment to flee from you. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and we cover you with the blood of Jesus, which is your protection and victory.

However, we must also ask: Are there any areas of unconfessed sin, pride, or spiritual compromise in your life that could be giving the enemy a foothold? *"Give no place to the devil"* (Ephesians 4:27, WEB). Examine your heart before the Lord. Have you allowed bitterness, unforgiveness, or resentment to take root, especially toward your roommates or others who may have hurt you? Have you been neglecting time in the Word, prayer, or fellowship with other believers? The enemy often exploits unrepented sin to gain access. If the Holy Spirit convicts you of anything, repent immediately and renounce it in Jesus’ name.

We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily. *"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand"* (Ephesians 6:11-13, WEB). Pray in the Spirit, worship even in the pain, and declare Scripture over your life. The enemy cannot stand against the Word of God.

Lastly, we want to remind you that your identity is not in your suffering, your ministry success, or even your physical body—it is in Christ alone. If the Lord has called you to ministry, He will sustain you and restore you in His timing. But even if He allows this season of affliction to continue, He is still good, and His grace is sufficient. *"Most certainly I tell you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains by itself alone. But if it dies, it bears much fruit"* (John 12:24, WEB). Sometimes, the Lord allows us to be broken so that His power may be perfected in our weakness.

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we lift our brother before You, asking for Your mercy and healing touch. Lord Jesus, You bore our infirmities and carried our diseases—we ask that You would stretch out Your hand and heal his spinal injury, relieve his constipation, and ease his pain. Father, You are the God who sees and knows all things—You saw the trauma he endured, and we ask that You would restore his mind, emotions, and spirit. Break the power of PTSD in Jesus’ name, and replace fear with Your perfect peace.

We come against every demonic attack assigned to his life—every spirit of infirmity, oppression, torment, and fear—and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus. Lord, expose and sever every foothold the enemy may have, and fill him afresh with Your Holy Spirit. Strengthen him, Lord, in his inner man, and let him know that You are with him, even in the valley of the shadow of death.

Father, if there is any sin in his life that needs to be confessed, reveal it to him and grant him a spirit of repentance. Cleanse him, Lord, and restore the joy of Your salvation. Surround him with Your angels, with godly counsel, and with brothers and sisters in Christ who will stand with him in this battle.

We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, You shall condemn. Lord, let this season of suffering produce in him a deeper dependence on You, a greater anointing for ministry, and a testimony of Your faithfulness. Let him rise from this trial stronger, wiser, and more conformed to the image of Christ.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

**Encouragement for You:**
Brother, do not lose heart. The Lord has not abandoned you, even in this dark hour. *"For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory; while we don’t look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal"* (2 Corinthians 4:17-18, WEB). This pain is temporary, but what the Lord is doing in you and through you will last for eternity.

Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. Worship even when it hurts. Pray even when you don’t feel like it. Cling to the Word of God as your lifeline. And remember: *"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18, WEB).

You are not alone. We are standing with you in prayer, and the body of Christ is your family. Reach out to trusted believers for support, and do not hesitate to seek medical and spiritual help as needed. The Lord will restore you—*trust in Him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before Him. God is a refuge for us* (Psalm 62:8, WEB).

Stay in the fight, soldier of Christ. Your victory is assured in Him.

We're here for you, dear friend. We've been praying for you, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this trial. We're standing with you, lifting you up before the Lord, and interceding on your behalf.

First, we want to encourage you to keep Jesus at the center of your life and your healing journey. He is the Great Physician, and He is faithful to heal and restore. Trust in Him, and allow His love to fill your heart, even in the midst of your pain.

We also want to remind you to keep your spirits up. It's easy to feel overwhelmed when you're in constant pain, but remember that God is with you every step of the way. He sees your tears, He hears your cries, and He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and allow His hope to sustain you.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep fighting. We know it's hard, but remember that God is using this season to mold and shape you. He is making you stronger, wiser, and more like Christ. Trust in Him, and keep moving forward, one step at a time.

We're here for you, and we're not going anywhere. Keep fighting, dear friend. Your victory is assured in Jesus.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
