⤴️Improved Face to Face Time 2 Jn 1:12 Christ Indwells by Faith, Love of Christ Overflows Eph 3:17-20 Admonition of Yahweh Eph 6:4 Wife Aides Pr 31:12... Father, thank You for ending months of "radio silence," for Improved Video Time ⏳ 2 Jn 1:12, Allow Christ's Indwelling Love Overflows beyond Expectation, Eph 3:17-20, Nurture and Admonition of The LORD, Yahweh, 6:4, Wife Helps Improve Communication Quality, Prov 31:12... If you would kindly pray that the quality of communication would improve. If she'd help supervise the calls it would be greatly appreciated -- anyway when we’re weak, then He is strong in us, 2 Cor 12:9 — therefore I will all the more gladly boast in my weaknesses and insults that the power of Christ may rest up upon me, 2 Cor 12:9-11. Please pray for Godly Communications and for her salvation, 1 Tim 2:4, and repentance, 2 Peter 3:9, and the little one would be encouraged to honor both father and mother, Ex 20:12, Eph 6:1-2, 3, and I would be able to bring up my child in the training and admonition of The Lord, Deut 6:6-7, Eph 6:4. Protection for him and her, her family, pastors, "church goers," from deception, Matt 24:4-5, 2 Tim 3:5, temptation, Matt 6:13, Luke 11:4, sin, 1 Cor 8:1, 2 Cor 13:7, fear, lies, Zeph 3:13, wickedness and the evil one, John 17:15, Rev 12:9, that he'd be protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation READY to be revealed from heaven, 1 Peter 1:5, filled with Your Holy Spirit, saved early, Luke 1:15, 1:41, and the evil one would not touch him, 1 John 5:19, as Christ is more powerful than he in the world, 1 Jn 4:4. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

We hear your heartfelt cry for improved communication, godly family relationships, and the salvation of your wife. Your reliance on Scripture and the name of Jesus is evident, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting these concerns before our Heavenly Father.

First, we rejoice that you recognize the power of Christ dwelling in you by faith, as Ephesians 3:17-20 declares, "that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, and to know Christ’s love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us." This is the foundation of all godly communication, Christ’s love overflowing from within us. We pray that this love would permeate every word and interaction, breaking down barriers and softening hearts.

Your desire for your wife’s salvation is deeply aligned with God’s will, as 1 Timothy 2:4 reminds us that God "desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth." We join you in praying for her repentance, as 2 Peter 3:9 assures us that the Lord is "not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." May the Holy Spirit convict her heart and draw her to the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

We also lift up your child, praying that they would grow in honor and obedience to both parents, as Exodus 20:12 commands, "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you." May the Lord grant you wisdom and strength to raise your child in the "training and admonition of the Lord" (Ephesians 6:4), as Deuteronomy 6:6-7 instructs, "These words, which I command you today, shall be on your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up."

However, we must gently address a concern in your request. You mention your wife "helping" with communication, but Scripture is clear that the husband is the spiritual leader of the home (Ephesians 5:23). While a godly wife is called to respect and support her husband (Ephesians 5:33, Proverbs 31:12), the responsibility for spiritual leadership and nurturing the family in the Lord rests primarily on you. We encourage you to take the lead in prayer, Scripture reading, and godly instruction with your child, trusting the Lord to work through your faithfulness.

We also pray for protection over your family from deception, temptation, and the schemes of the evil one. As Jesus taught us to pray, "Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one" (Matthew 6:13). May the Lord guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, and may your child be filled with the Holy Spirit from an early age, as John the Baptist was (Luke 1:15), so that the evil one would not touch them (1 John 5:18).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, thanking You for the gift of family and the power of Your Holy Spirit to transform hearts. Lord, we ask that You would improve the quality of communication between this husband and his wife, that Your love would overflow in their words and actions. Soften her heart, Father, and draw her to salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Grant her repentance and a deep hunger for Your Word.

We pray for their child, that You would fill them with Your Spirit, protect them from the evil one, and help them to honor their parents. Give this father wisdom and strength to raise his child in the training and admonition of the Lord. May their home be a place of peace, godliness, and Your presence.

Protect this family from deception, temptation, and fear. Guard their hearts and minds, and let Your truth prevail in every situation. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You are their refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and Scripture, trusting that He is at work even when you cannot see it. Stand firm in your role as the spiritual leader of your home, and may the Lord bless your faithfulness. If your wife is resistant to the things of God, remember that your prayers and godly example are powerful tools for change (1 Peter 3:1-2). Keep pressing into the Lord, and He will strengthen you for the journey ahead.

We are grateful with you that the long silence has ended and that you have the chance to reconnect face to face, even through a screen. That longing to be present with your child and to shape their life in the Lord is one that God sees, and He is near you in it.

It sounds like the quality of those moments weighs on you, that they would be more than just connection, but truly fruitful. One simple yet powerful way to build that is to listen deeply. Before the call, you might pause and ask the Lord to quiet your own worries and fill you with His patient love. Then, during your time, let your child feel heard: repeat back what they say in your own words, and share your own feelings with “I” statements rather than anything that could sound like blame. This kind of care often lowers walls and opens the door for real heart-sharing, even from a little one.

Since you mentioned hoping for her help in supervising the calls, if there is any small, specific way you can invite her cooperation, perhaps by asking her perspective on how to make the video time go smoothly, that may disarm resistance. We are praying that her own heart is softened toward the gospel, and even these small bridges can be spaces where the Spirit works.

We stand with you, asking the Father to protect your child from every snare of deception, to preserve them for an early, wholehearted salvation, and to give you the steadiness to nurture them in the training and admonition of the Lord.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this father and his child to You. Please make the next video call a moment of genuine warmth and joy. Give him ears to hear, gentle words, and the self-control to leave behind every frustration. We ask for the mother’s salvation and repentance, pursue her with Your relentless love. Guard this little one from evil, fill them with Your Spirit even now, and let them grow to honor both parents from a heart that first honors You. Lead this dad as he disciples, and let Your power be made perfect in His weakness. Amen.

The months of silence being broken, you give thanks, and rightly so, for every good gift is from above. Yet let us not settle for mere video time as the end, but as a means. You desire the quality of communication to improve, and this is a petition after God’s own heart when it seeks to reflect the communion between Christ and His church. For the Husband gave himself for his spouse, and his love is not a distant thing, but a nearness that transforms. If she is willing to aid and help, that is well, for a wife who does her husband good is a crown to him. But remember, the deeper need is not merely for supervision of calls, but the supernatural indwelling of Christ by faith, that love may overflow. That overflowing love, rooted and grounded in the heart, surpasses mere words and fills the silences with grace.

Yet your request for her salvation, and repentance, presses heavily. You point to the truth: God desires all to come to a knowledge of the truth. But know this, salvation is of the Lord alone. He is the Divine Architect, and he abases the proud. The green tree that trusts in its own uprightness shall dry up; the dry tree that casts itself upon his mercy shall flourish. If she is still in the gall of bitterness, unconverted, then her help in communication, however appreciated, is a secondary thing. First, she must look unto Christ and be saved. The way is simple, as I have unceasingly declared: whoever believes on him shall not be put to shame. Faith’s look takes no more time than a glance, and that instant the soul is secure beyond hazard. Pray, then, not merely for better words between you, but for that divine moment when her eyes see God’s salvation in the person of Jesus. Until then, her finest aid is but the outward form without the inward power. Holiness and love are the marks of the true child of God; where these are not, there is no room for a false peace.

For the little one, your plea finds ready agreement with the heart of a pastor who has often weighed the case of children. Is it well with the child? Yes, in the arms of sovereign grace. While salvation is not by rites or ceremonies, nor by the will of man, yet great is the power of a believing parent’s prayer! Train up that child in the admonition of the Lord, not as a mere duty, but as a holy habit that becomes a perpetual heritage. The young heart that trusts in the holy child Jesus, though it knows but little, shall find salvation his. And so you plead for protection from the evil one. This is wisdom: the world lieth in the wicked one, but greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world. The prayer that he be filled with the Holy Spirit from his earliest days, and that the wicked one touch him not, is a prayer that reaches the heart of the covenant. As you boast gladly in your own weakness, that the power of Christ may rest upon you, so let your weakness in bringing up this child drive you to the strong arm of the Lord, for the battle is not to the strong. Your weakness is the very field where divine strength camps.

Therefore, do not reduce your petition to mere video quality. Let your face-to-face time be a window to that ultimate face-to-face in glory, and let your communication be seasoned with the salt of the gospel you have received. Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain that build it. Trust him for her soul, for your child’s future, and for the daily grace of godly speech. The Scripture is clear: look unto Christ, and in him you have already seen salvation. Only be you careful, when the lines fall in pleasant places and communication improves, that you do not then rest in the gift over the Giver, lest the green tree begin to wither.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
