Immensely impossible miracles to be done

Thank you for bringing this request and for wanting to seek the Lord with thanksgiving in the name of Jesus Christ. It is right to come to Him with bold faith, and we stand with you in prayer and agreement.

Scripture teaches that our deepest conflict is not against people or circumstances that we can see. There is a real spiritual conflict around us between those angelic beings who serve God and those fallen angels who rebelled with Satan. We often are not fully aware of how constant that conflict is, and we feel its effects in unsettled thoughts, heaviness, or pressure and do not always understand why. You mentioned principalities and powers of darkness in high places, and the Bible does say we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against those spiritual powers. That warfare cannot be fought with human methods or clever strategies. God has given spiritual weapons for a spiritual battle, and those weapons are His Word, faith, and prayer. The battle is especially for the mind, and as we bring the truth of Scripture, trust in Christ, and earnest prayer against the work of the enemy, God gives victory.

You also prayed for immensely impossible miracles and for abundant favor and blessing. It is good to remember that what is impossible for people is not impossible for God. With man it is impossible to save himself or to overcome many of these obstacles in his own strength, but with God all things are possible and there is nothing too hard for Him. When God is brought into the situation, the word impossible no longer applies. He has done what people called impossible time and again, and He is still able and willing to act according to His wisdom and power. A lack of dramatic, visible miracles does not mean He lacks power or willingness.

At the same time, a faith that rests only on seeing spectacular miracles is not the kind of faith that is firm and lasting. Many believed when they saw miracles Jesus did, yet He did not entrust Himself to that kind of belief, because true faith is anchored in His Word, not in the spectacular. God does not need a hyped or circus like atmosphere to work. He often chooses a more excellent way, building us up in genuine fellowship with Himself and with one another through love, His Word, and steady trust. That does not mean we stop asking Him to move powerfully, but we ask with a heart that trusts His character and His Word more than any sign.

So we pray with you that God would be glorified greatly through your life and around the world, that He would pour out His favor according to His perfect will, that He would guard your mind and heart by His truth, strengthen your faith, and make your prayer life a powerful weapon against every attack of the enemy. We ask Him to do what only He can do in ways that clearly show His hand, and also to deepen your confidence in Him even when His answer comes quietly through His Word and His presence.

May the Lord keep you close to Jesus, fill you with peace, and make you strong in the spiritual weapons He has provided, trusting that nothing is too difficult for Him. We ask this in the name of Jesus, with thanksgiving.
