I'm working as a call center Agent

I'm working as a call center Agent and have Thursday & Friday for dayoff.Today is my 6th month in work i should be regularizes today. Back in my province i'm a member of music team. before i left my church i told them i would still continue my ministry here in Manila but that did not happen..my company gave me this Thursday-friday dayoff. I'm asking you brothers and sisters to pray for me because i don't know what to do. Should i resign and look for another job,that will give weekend off?or should i just go back home to my province and continue my ministry there? Everytime i see the music team's posts in social media about their outreachea, seminar,practices i feel jealous and hurt knowing that i can't be with them and cannot use my talent for my Lord just because of my job. I regret leaving my province to work here in manila.. I want to work here because of higher salary so i can help my parents but in my heart i am not happy knowing that i cannot maximize my time for my Lord. Please pray for me
