I'm tiny ###'s daughter and we have lots her

We have heard your request for healing and we bring it before the Lord with compassion. Your desire to be made well is heard, and we join you in asking the Great Physician to lay His hand upon you.

We pray that Christ Himself, who touched those sick with fever and at once quenched the disease and restored perfect health, would touch you now. No physician on earth can do what He can do, for He heals not only the body but the soul, and His power makes whole in a moment what long illness has weakened.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask for Your mercy and healing upon this daughter who has asked for prayer. You see her need and You know her pain. We ask that You would grant her health according to Your wisdom and will, strengthen her body, give peace to her heart, and draw her close to You through this trial. Forgive her sins, renew her strength, and help her to trust fully in Christ who alone is our salvation and our hope. Give wisdom to those who care for her and comfort to her family. May she know Your presence and Your love, and may this healing, if it is Your will, lead her to give thanks and live for Your glory. We ask this in the name of Jesus our Lord. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word, trusting His goodness and His timing. He is faithful and He hears those who call upon Him through His Son.

Thank you for sharing your request and for trusting us to pray for you. I have heard your heart, that what you most need right now is healing, and I want to lift you before the Lord with care and honesty from Scripture.

There is a well known verse where the apostle John writes to his friend Gaius that he wishes above all things that he would prosper and be in good health even as his soul prospers. Many have taken those words as a direct promise from God that everyone will be healed if they claim it, but that is not what the verse is. It is a loving wish from one believer to another, and a beautiful wish it is. What it does show us is something true that we see both in Scripture and in life, that there is a real connection between the health of our inner life and the health of our body. The proverb says a joyful heart is good like a medicine, and we now know how much worry, fear and heaviness can affect the body, while peace and hope in the Lord can bring strength.

The Bible also makes it clear that God does still heal today and that He cares about our physical needs. When Jesus walked on earth He healed the leper, the servant of the centurion, Peter's mother in law, and many others who were brought to Him in the evening, and Matthew tells us this was in fulfillment of what Isaiah said, that He bore our infirmities and carried our sicknesses. Our healing has its foundation in what Christ suffered for us. At the same time Scripture does not teach that God wills physical healing in every case in this life in the way we expect. The apostle Paul prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh to be removed and the Lord answered that His grace was sufficient and His strength would be made perfect in weakness. Good and faithful people still suffer with sickness, and it does not mean God has failed them or that they lack faith.

There is also much about healing that we simply do not understand. Why some are healed instantly, why some are healed gradually over time, and why some are not healed in the way we ask, is in the hands of a sovereign and loving God. All healing is from Him, whether it comes in a moment or through the natural processes He Himself created in our bodies. And not every person is given the same gift of healing, as Paul teaches that the body has many members with different gifts, so we do not look to a person or to emotional excitement for our hope, but to Jesus Himself.

So I will pray for you according to what Scripture gives us, asking for God's mercy and power, while also trusting His wisdom and love to do what is best.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ who alone is our Savior and who bore our sins and our infirmities, I lift this dear one to You. You see her body, You know her pain and her need, and You care for her completely, body, mind and spirit. I ask that You would touch her with Your healing hand, whether in a moment or through the gradual healing You have placed within us. Bring strength to her body and peace to her soul. Help her inner life to prosper through Your Word, Your presence and Your comfort, and let that hope bring refreshment to her whole being. If it is Your will to restore her fully now, we thank You. If You have another path, give her grace that is sufficient for each day and the assurance that You are with her and will never leave her. Above all, draw her close to Jesus and let her know the certainty of Your love and eternal life through Him. Amen.

Please keep looking to Jesus, nurturing your soul in His Word and in prayer, and resting in His care. He knows your need and He loves you deeply. We will continue to pray for you and trust Him with you for whatever He does.

We want to thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have continued to lift you up since you shared that you are ###'s daughter and that you have walked through loss and are now in need of healing, and we have been asking the Lord to touch you and bring you wholeness, for that is all you said you need right now.

We take your request for healing seriously and we have been praying that God will restore you and give you strength and peace in this difficult time. We cling to the promise that He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3, and we ask Him to manifest that healing in your life.

If your request has been answered and the Lord has brought you healing, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not yet seem to have been answered and you are still in need of healing, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We want to keep standing with you.

We pray for you now that our Heavenly Father will pour out His healing and comfort upon you and sustain you by His grace. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name, Amen.
