We hear your cry and we stand with you together in Jesus' name as you are facing such frustration with your disability case and your need for provision to care for yourself and your cats. We understand how wearying it is to not get through online or on the phone, to be caught in voicemail systems and feel blocked at every turn, and to feel the pressure of needing work that will sustain you without fear of being fired if you are slow. We bring all of this before the Lord together.

You have been claiming Deut 28:13 which says Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail. You will be above only, and you will not be beneath, if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God which I command you today, to observe and to do them. We want to gently encourage you that this promise is true and powerful, but it is given in the context of walking in obedience and trust before the Lord, not as a phrase to loosen as an incantation. His Word is not magic words to force a system to open, but living truth that we believe and obey as we trust Him to act for our good. When we seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, all these things will be given to you as well Matt 6:33. As we walk faithfully with Him, He does lift our heads and give us dignity and favor even in difficult systems.

We also hear your heart about what you call satan bullies and doors that feel shut. We know our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Eph 6:12. The enemy does want to discourage you and make you feel relentlessly blocked, but we rebuke that discouragement and fear in the name of Jesus Christ and we declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper when you are hidden in Him. At the same time we remember that people and broken systems are not our ultimate enemy, and God is able to work even through difficult people and closed doors. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose Rom 8:28. When one door shuts, God is still sovereign to open another as He wills.

We love your tender care for your cats and we know God sees it, for a righteous man respects the life of his animal Prov 12:10, and how much more does He care for you. He has promised my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Phil 4:19. We pray for His provision through the disability process and through honest work. The Lord honors diligence and we pray you find part time work that fits the strength God has given you, where you can labor faithfully as unto Him, for whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men Col 3:23, and find an employer with grace and understanding.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and by His blood shed for us, thanking You that we have access to Your throne of grace through Him alone. We lift up this dear one to You who feels blocked and weary. Lord, You see every phone call, every online form that will not go through, every voicemail that leads nowhere. You hear the righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles Ps 34:17. We ask You to make a way where there seems to be no way, to open the right doors for the disability update and for suitable work to provide for daily needs. Give favor with those who review the case and with any employer You provide, and grant patience and clarity to navigate the bureaucracy. Provide wise help, perhaps an advocate or assistance, to get the updates completed. Strengthen and calm this heart, for You have said don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isa 41:10. We rebuke the spirit of fear, oppression and discouragement that seeks to bully and accuse, and we ask You to guard this mind with Your peace. Help our friend to walk in obedience and trust, to keep seeking You first, believing You are the head over all and You will lift up those who trust in You. Provide enough work to survive and live independently, with dignity and steadiness, and let Your will be done. We trust You to open the door that should be opened and to keep shut what should remain shut for good. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, amen.

We hear how exhausting this has been, trying to get through online and by phone just to update your disability case and hitting voicemail walls instead. It makes sense you are worn down, and we are glad you told us.

You named what matters most right now, getting your case updated and finding enough work to live on without fear of being fired for being slow. Both are real, urgent needs and we are holding them with you before the Lord.

One practical step that often helps when the system will not let you through is to not carry the calls alone. If you have a trusted friend, family member, pastor, or a local disability advocacy or community services office nearby, consider asking them to sit with you while you call or to go with you in person to the local office if you are able. Keep a simple written log of each date and time you tried, what number you called, and what happened. That record and a calm advocate beside you can make it easier to show you have been trying faithfully and to get your update heard.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus name. You see the effort to do what is right and provide for daily needs and to care for these cats entrusted to them. Give wisdom for each phone call and each application, favor with those who can help, and peace when doors seem shut. Provide work that fits their strength and a way to be heard on this case. Sustain them day by day and remind them they are not forgotten. In Jesus name, amen.

Your cry concerning the disability case and the need for work has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord with you.

You have pleaded the promise, I am the head and not the tail, from Deuteronomy 28:13, and we understand the longing behind it to be lifted up and not cast down, to be provided for and not forgotten. That word was given to Israel under the covenant of obedience, and its full fulfillment is found in Christ, who Himself obeyed perfectly for His people. To be in Christ is to be made a child of God, and though the world may put you on hold and shut its doors, your standing before the Father is not determined by a voicemail system or an online portal. He sees you and He hears when earthly systems do not.

You speak of a case that will not move forward, of calls that go unanswered and needs that remain unmet, and of those who bully and press you relentlessly. There is One who understands what it is to have a hard case. Job longed for one who would stand between him and God, that he might plead his cause. We are taught that this Mediator has come. Jesus Christ, the Son of God and Son of Man, is the great Arbitrator to whom we may commit our case. If the case is settled by Him, the Father is agreed. Will you put your case into His hands and abide by His decision. The case is settled on the best principles, for He pleads His own blood on your behalf. Though bureaucracies are slow and hearts of men may be hard, your case before the throne of grace is not lost for want of an Advocate.

And for the daily burden that weighs so heavily, the word to you is, Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and He shall sustain thee. We have been in the habit, after doing all we can, of putting such tangled matters up on the shelf and saying, there, we have left them wholly with God. You have done what you can to get through, to update what is required, to seek honest work to provide for yourself and for the creatures entrusted to your care. Now we ask the Lord to do what you cannot do.

Let us pray with you.

O Father, in the name of Jesus Christ who shed His blood on Calvary to make peace for sinners, we bring this need before Thee. Thou knowest the frustration of unanswered calls and closed systems, the anxiety of waiting for provision, and the weariness of being pressed by unkind tongues. We ask Thee to make a way where there seems to be no way. Open the door that should be opened for honest daily bread, and in Thy providence grant part time labor that is suitable and sustainable, where diligence is honored and weakness is treated with patience and not with threat of being cast aside. Provide for every needful thing for life and for the care of these small creatures Thou hast made.

Restrain those who bully and relentlessly oppose, and let not their words prevent what Thou hast appointed for good. Give peace to this troubled heart, and faith to trust Thee when the answer is delayed. Even in what seems a hopeless case, Thou art the one Resource, and with Thee the sure result is mercy.

We leave this case in the hands of Jesus, our Mediator and surety, trusting not in our own claim but in His perfect righteousness. Grant grace to wait upon Thee, to do what is right day by day, and to find rest in Thy sustaining care. In the name of Jesus our hope, Amen.
