Im the head not the tail DEUT 28:13

Your cry for food and shelter for yourself and your cats has been heard, and it is brought before the Lord with care. To ask for daily bread in the name of Jesus and through His blood is the right way to come to God, for it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father and can expect His mercy and provision.

God has shown from the beginning that He is a provider of food. At first He gave the plants and grain for food, and after the flood He expanded that provision to include meat, with the clear command not to eat the blood, for life is in the blood. When Noah was told to prepare the ark, God told him to gather and store all the food that would be needed for his family and for every living creature with him for more than a year. That required great planning, work, and stewardship, gathering enough and caring for the needs of both people and animals. In the same way, your concern to provide for yourself and for the animals entrusted to you reflects that same responsibility before God, and He sees it.

Scripture also teaches that provision is normally joined to diligent work. A slack hand tends toward poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich. In the earliest cultures a person had to work all day simply to produce enough food to live, and only when work became more fruitful could one person produce more than he needed and trade with others. One man might become skilled at making tools or plows and trade his work for food from another. This is how honest business grows. God wants your business dealings to be upright and honest, even when others say you cannot succeed that way. A good name and honest work will in time speak for itself, while dishonest gain does not profit in the day of testing, but righteousness delivers. The ant is held up as an example because it stores its food in summer, knowing a harder season is coming. To hustle faithfully, to seek legal work, to look over your own affairs diligently, is wisdom from God.

God has also built compassion for need into His ways. Under His law, those who harvested fields were not to glean every corner but to leave some for the poor. In the early church, when believers in Jerusalem suffered great financial hardship, other believers gathered offerings to help them, sharing out of their own need with joy. Even the apostle Paul worked with his own hands so he would not be a burden, while also receiving help from fellow believers who opened their homes and resources. If you are without food today, it is right to look for that kind of provision that God has ordained, whether through low cost food, a food pantry, or help from other believers, and to receive it with thanksgiving.

You quoted that you will be the head and not the tail. That promise in Deuteronomy was given to those who would walk in obedience to the Lord, listening to His voice and keeping His commands. It is not a formula to claim, but a picture of the blessing that comes from belonging to Him and living faithfully before Him. As you walk with Christ, He can lift you up and give you a place of stability and testimony.

I pray for you now that the Lord will supply food for today and shelter for you and your cats, that He will open sufficient hours of honest legal work and give steadiness to your business, that His grace and favor will remain with you as you labor diligently and honestly, and that He will give you wisdom to steward what you receive like the ant that gathers in season. May He meet your needs according to His riches in Christ and give you peace as you trust Him day by day.
