I'm struggling to see the positive even though there

I'm struggling to see the positive even though there is much good in my life. Please fill me with peace that passes understanding as I work to change my outlook. Change the hearts and minds of my detractors and help them to see where they might be culpable. Open my eyes anywhere that I am blinded and lead me to change where needed. Help me to forgive. Please guide my words and actions and show me the way to build my team positively. Plant a seed of kindness and generosity that helps us to accomplish our shared goals successfully. Dear Lord, please forgive my inadequacies and work in me and through me to use our program in a positive way that those in a position to judge can recognize as worthy and good. Put us on the same page in a spirit of teamwork and jpint purpose and let that be visible to our boss. Help me to connect and teach better where I have failed. Thank you for Your unfailing love and provision. Do your will in my heart and life and align me where I am off course. I need your help so much in this. Please bless my family and all those seeking you here in communal prayer. Thank you.
