I'm struggling everyday with myself.

I'm angry with the Lord for allowing the abuse I endured these last three years.

I'm bitter and hateful and this is not me.

I want to stop blaming God and stop hating my life.

Please let go of any anger, against yourself and against the Lord! What happened happened, for some reason you went through it, now thankfully this is over, you are on a new path where bitterness and hate are not welcome. (They are never welcome.) On this new path you will learn to forgive yourself as well as the person who did you wrong, and to see life, relationships, feelings... in a new way. Be very kind with yourself rather than "struggling"; every day treat yourself gently as you would do for a friend who is recovering and beginning a new, better part of life.

Let the plans that You, Jehovah God, have planned for us come forth and materialize. Place a hedge of protection and a wall of fire all around us. Keep us safe from all hurt, harm, and danger.
