I'm Stressed Out I Need Help

I can't sleep properly I can't stop thinking about my final exams in school. I want to get into a good sixth form school I got told I need to get a grade C in Maths or English I'm stressed out because I have tried my best telling the teacher that my aim in English is a grade C and I have been pushing it since I started secondary school and they keep telling me I'm on target in school and that it's not too late, now I have asked them how my course work in English is they are saying its a grade E and yes they did say that to my mum on the parents evening and still said that I'm on target and its not too late but I can always go back to upgrade it now they are saying its too late but I might come out with a grade D now Maths is my only hope I really need to get a grade C in Maths. Please do help me with prayers
