We are truly sorry to hear about the stress and difficulty you are facing due to the actions of another. It is important to remember that God is just and cares about the struggles you are enduring.
Firstly, it is important to remember the words of Psalm 37:1-2 Do not fret because of evildoers, neither be envious of the wrongdoers; for they will soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb.
However, let us remind you that the Bible clearly teaches us not to seek revenge or retribution on our own. Apostle Paul told the Romans:
Romans 12:19:
Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.
Instead, we should focus on forgiveness and trusting in God's justice.
Ephesians 4:31-32:
Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
Now let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ lifting up this dear person who is experiencing great stress and injustice. Lord, you see the actions taken against them and the burden it has placed on their heart. We pray that you will intervene in this situation and bring about a resolution that is according to your will. IJC, help them to forgive and release any bitterness or anger, trusting that you will handle this situation in your divine wisdom.
Lord, we also pray for the person who has acted unjustly. We ask that you would soften their heart and bring conviction upon them, leading them to repentance and restoration.
Please surround this dear person with your peace and comfort. In Jesus Christ's precious name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful and just. Trust in him, and he will guide you through this difficult time. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus Christ, and he will see you through. Pray for the person who wronged you, that they may find grace and forgiveness in Jesus Christ as well.
