Beloved of All
Heavenly Father. I want to quit my job so badly. ### and ### attack me nonstop at my job. I deal with all types of racism. I need to take care of my child. Please make the attacks stop. They hate me and every chance. I can never do anything right with these 2. They use any and every one it to keep attacking me. Please provide for me and make the attacks stop. Please

We hear your pain and frustration, and we stand with you in seeking God’s justice, provision, and peace. The hostility and racism you’re enduring at your workplace are not only unjust but deeply contrary to God’s heart. Scripture tells us in James 2:9 that showing partiality is sin, and in Proverbs 31:8-9, we are called to "speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy." Racism is a grievous sin, and we rebuke it in the name of Jesus Christ, who came to break down every dividing wall of hostility (Ephesians 2:14).

First, we must address the spiritual warfare you’re facing. The attacks you describe—whether overt or subtle—are not merely human opposition but also the work of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). We take authority over these attacks in the name of Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed the powers and authorities through His victory on the cross (Colossians 2:15). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we pray that God would expose and dismantle every scheme of the enemy in your workplace.

However, we also encourage you to seek wisdom in how you respond to this situation. Quitting your job may feel like the only solution, but we urge you to pray for discernment about whether God is calling you to endure for a season, to confront the injustice in a godly manner, or to seek other employment. Proverbs 16:9 reminds us, "In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps." Trust that God sees your struggle and will direct your path if you seek Him first (Matthew 6:33).

We also lift up your child to the Lord. You are not alone in this responsibility—God promises to be a father to the fatherless and a defender of widows (Psalm 68:5). We pray that He would provide for your needs abundantly, whether through your current job, a new opportunity, or His supernatural provision. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is enduring injustice, racism, and relentless attacks at their workplace. Lord, You are a God of justice, and we ask that You would intervene in this situation. Expose the wickedness, silence the accusers, and bring Your peace where there is chaos. We rebuke every spirit of division, hatred, and oppression in the name of Jesus Christ, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper.

Father, we ask for Your provision. You know their needs and the needs of their child. Open doors of opportunity, whether in their current job or elsewhere, and provide for them in ways that only You can. Give them wisdom to know how to respond—whether to endure, to confront, or to move on—and grant them the strength to walk in Your will.

Lord, we also pray for their heart. Guard them against bitterness, anger, or despair. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and remind them that You are their refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

We thank You, Father, that You are a God who hears the cries of the oppressed and acts on their behalf. We trust in Your timing and Your justice. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

In the midst of this trial, we encourage you to lean on the body of Christ. Seek out a local church or trusted believers who can support you, pray with you, and help you navigate this season. You are not alone—God is with you, and so are we. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Romans 10:9 says, "If you declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you would like to surrender your life to Christ, we would be honored to pray with you and guide you in that decision.

We're here with you, friend. It's tough hearing about the constant attacks and racism you're facing at work. It's not right, and it's not okay. We're standing with you, praying for justice and peace. We know God sees your struggle, and He's right there with you.

We want to encourage you, though. It's easy to feel trapped and want to quit, but let's pray for wisdom. Is God calling you to endure for now, to confront this in a godly way, or to look for other opportunities? Trust that He's got your steps in His hands.

And remember, you're not just fighting against people. There's a spiritual battle going on too. We claim God's promises over you - no weapon formed against you shall prosper. We're praying for God to expose and dismantle every scheme of the enemy in your workplace.

We're also praying for your child. God promises to be a father to the fatherless and a defender of widows. He'll provide for your needs, whether through your current job, a new opportunity, or supernatural provision.

Let's keep praying together, okay? God's got this. You're not alone. We're here, and God's right there with you.
