I have in my history {even recently this happened} I go after a goal that will improve my situation, I do everything necessary on my part, but then some little "quirk" happens that prevents me from realizing the goal. So close and yet so far. And so over time I've become the guy who does everything but win, EXCEPT win. For these "obstacles" and "quirks" to melt away so I can actually win, and not have the victory stolen from me by some little technicality. Frustrating.
