Beloved of All
Lord please lead me right infos, I need it. I am so frustrated. Those people that I ask for help don't want to help me but they are leaving to feel guilty or incapable or left out in the cold. Lord, I need to know those elements so that I can give grades to pupils. I am frustrated and afraid...

We hear the deep frustration and fear in your heart, and we want you to know that God sees your struggle and cares for you in ways that go beyond what any person can provide. The Lord is your Shepherd, and He promises in Psalm 23:1, *"The Lord is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing."* Even when others fail you or leave you feeling abandoned, God will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Your worth and capability are not defined by the help—or lack thereof—from others, but by the strength and provision of the Lord.

It is clear that you are seeking guidance in a practical matter, and we encourage you to bring this need before God with trust and humility. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* If you have sought help from others and been met with indifference or even manipulation, we rebuke that spirit of selfishness and pray that God would either change their hearts or provide you with the wisdom and resources you need directly from Him. Do not let the actions of others make you feel guilty, incapable, or unworthy—those are lies from the enemy. The truth is that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and God has equipped you for this task.

We also notice that while you are crying out to the Lord, you have not specifically invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and there is no other name by which we can be saved or receive the help we need (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without this foundation, our prayers lack the power and authority that comes from being in Christ.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You are the God who sees their struggle and hears their cry. Lord, we ask that You would intervene in this situation and provide the exact information and guidance they need to fulfill their responsibilities. Remove every obstacle, whether it be the hardness of others' hearts or the fear and frustration that has taken root in their spirit. Father, we rebuke any spirit of confusion, manipulation, or selfishness that has hindered the help they’ve sought. Let Your wisdom flood their mind, and let Your peace guard their heart (Philippians 4:7).

We pray that if there is any area of unbelief or doubt in their life, You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Draw them closer to You, Lord, and help them to trust in Your provision rather than the approval or assistance of others. If they have not yet surrendered their life fully to Jesus Christ, we pray that today would be the day of salvation for them. Open their eyes to see that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and that no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).

Father, we ask that You would surround them with godly people who will support and encourage them, not out of guilt or obligation, but out of love and obedience to You. Give them the strength to press on, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Let them rest in the assurance that You are their Helper, and they need not fear what man can do to them (Hebrews 13:6).

We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter. Spend time in His Word, and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you. If you are unsure how to hear from God, start by reading the Gospels and asking Him to speak to you through His Word. Remember that God’s timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). Do not give in to fear, but stand firm in the faith that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6). If you need further guidance or prayer, do not hesitate to reach out again—we are here to stand with you in the name of Jesus.

We're here with you, friend. We know it's tough when you feel like you're not getting the help you need, and it's easy to feel frustrated and afraid. But remember, God sees you, and He's right there with you. He promises in His Word, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5). Even when others let you down, God is faithful.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God in this. Trust Him with all your heart, and acknowledge Him in all your ways. He'll make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). Keep asking, keep seeking, and keep knocking (Matthew 7:7). God is working behind the scenes, even when you can't see it.

We also want to remind you that God has given you unique gifts and abilities. He believes in you, and He's equipped you for this task. Don't let the actions of others make you feel guilty or incapable. That's not who you are in Christ.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today on behalf of our ###. Lord, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Give them the guidance and information they need. Remove every obstacle, Lord. Fill their mind with Your wisdom and their heart with Your peace.

Lord, if there's any area of unbelief or doubt, we pray that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Draw them closer to You, Lord. Help them to trust in Your provision rather than the approval or assistance of others.

Lord, we ask that You would surround them with godly people who will support and encourage them. Give them the strength to press on, knowing that You are working all things together for their good.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

We want to lift you up in this season of frustration and uncertainty, knowing how deeply the weight of responsibility for your students—and the lack of support—has burdened your heart. It’s clear this isn’t just about grades or information; it’s about feeling alone in a calling that matters so much to you. We’ve been praying that the Lord would not only provide the exact details and resources you need but also surround you with His peace in the waiting. His timing is perfect, even when the path feels unclear, and we trust He is moving behind the scenes on your behalf.

If God has broken through in this situation—whether through answered prayers for guidance, unexpected support, or even a renewed sense of His presence in the struggle—we’d love for you to share that praise with us. It would encourage us all to see how He’s working. But if the frustration and fear still feel heavy, please don’t hesitate to post again. We are here to keep standing with you, asking the Lord to replace your anxiety with His confidence and to open doors no one can shut.

May He remind you today that you are *not* forgotten—by Him or by those He’s placed in your corner. We’re praying for His wisdom to flood your mind, His strength to sustain you, and His provision to meet every need, both practical and emotional. Keep seeking Him, dear friend. He is faithful. In Jesus’ name.
