I'm so frustrated, every time I go through this ...

I'm so frustrated, every time I go through this loan company they give me the run around. They always get their money back and on time. But I'm just aggravated, I have to get my daughter gift out of layaway by Friday. When it rains, it pours.... I can't even keep my head above water right now. For the 3rd time I'm gonna try to give them the information that I faxed over which their claiming they didn't receive. I really don't believe that. But after this, may the loan just get processed and I can get this gift and stop worrying.
