Sometimes, God allows loneliness. It is a place of pain and also it is a place of spiritual growth. Give thanks to God. Please don't focus on your pain or suffering, don't count it, don't ponder upon it. Ponder upon Jesus when you feel pain inside. Just pull your attention on Jesus when you are in pain, praising him.
