MerciMe
Beloved of All
Isn't it amazing, Needanangel, that Jesus Christ our Lord knows and understands exactly how you are feeling and exactly how the homeless feel too.
From the very moment He was born into this world...there was no room for Him in the Inn. Matthew 8:20 states, And Jesus said unto him, “The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man hath nowhere to lay His head.â€
Is it any wonder that Jesus was also known by the name, Man of Sorrows? There were so many that came to Him and He meet their needs one on one and that is all we are able to do too even though we are moved with compassion and sometimes overwhelmed by all the needs of so many in this world.
These are the times when we actually are able to catch a glimpse of the very heart of God...to know Him better. The scriptures state, "For God so loved...so loved the world... that He gave His only begotten Son...Hallelujah!... He gave Him as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins we know, Praise God...but we see He gave Him as the perfect example for our lives.
We are filled with His Spirit and His love is shed abroad in our hearts and we suddenly at moments like these actually feel what He felt and know Him as He really was and we cannot help but keep falling in love with Him over and over again. Praise God, praise God. Bless His Holy Name. \0/
Paul said it perfectly in Ephesians 1:17, I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him
