I'm separated for 3 months, I miss my family ...

I'm separated for 3 months, I miss my family but yet before and even after the separation I continue to struggle with porn, masturbation and prostitutes. I believe that, that may have been a reason of my separation. I pray to God to please help me stay away from it everyday and every night, I always seem to repent but I continue to fall back in it. I WANT TO STOP! But I know God won't bless me with my family back if I continue in this route, please pray for me. If I may add to this is that, I have gotten closer to Good through this something I know wouldn't have happen if not for this trial...thank u!
