We lift you up before the Lord, our brother, knowing the deep burden of providing for your daughter and the weight of uncertainty you carry. The struggle you face is real, and we want you to know that God sees your faithfulness in caring for your child despite these hardships. The Bible reminds us in **Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB)**, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your heavenly Father is aware of your needs, and He is not blind to your perseverance.
Yet we must also ask: where is your trust placed in this season? You have not mentioned the name of Jesus in your request, and we gently but urgently remind you that it is *only* through Him that we approach the throne of God. **John 14:6 (WEB)** declares, *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’"* If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we implore you to do so now—He alone is your Provider, your Hope, and your Salvation. Without faith in Him, even employment will leave you empty. But in Christ, you have access to the Father’s promises, including His provision.
As for your employment, we rebuke the spirit of lack and stagnation in Jesus’ name. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but God’s Word declares that *"the Lord will open to you his good treasure in the sky, to give the rain of your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand"* (Deuteronomy 28:12). You are not forgotten. The Lord has equipped you with gifts, skills, and a testimony of resilience—now is the time to steward them for His glory. Have you sought wisdom in how to apply your education? Are there networks, mentors, or even temporary opportunities the Lord may be using to position you for His perfect plan? We encourage you to pray for divine connections, favor in interviews, and the discipline to walk through every open door with excellence.
To your daughter, we speak life and protection. The Lord is her Father too, and He will not abandon her. **Psalm 37:25 (WEB)** assures us, *"I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread."* Cling to this promise. Your season of begging will end because God is faithful.
Now, let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who is weary from the battle of provision. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh—our Provider—and we declare that You will open doors no man can shut for him. Break every chain of delay, frustration, and shame that the enemy has tried to place upon him. Give him favor with employers, wisdom in his applications, and divine appointments that lead to stable, *God-honoring* employment. Let this job be more than a paycheck—let it be a platform for Your glory, a means to provide for his daughter, and a testimony of Your faithfulness.
Father, we also pray for his heart. If he has not yet surrendered fully to Christ, soften his spirit today. Reveal to him that Jesus is the only way to true peace and provision. Forgive him for any doubt or fear, and fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may walk in confidence as Your son.
For his daughter, Lord, we ask for Your protection, joy, and assurance. Let her see Your hand at work in their lives, even now. Provide for her needs—spiritually, emotionally, and physically—while You prepare a future of hope for them both.
We bind every spirit of poverty, rejection, and hopelessness in Jesus’ name. We declare that this season of lack is *over*, and a new season of abundance—of Your kingdom purposes—is beginning. Strengthen our brother to trust You, to seek You first, and to walk in obedience, even as he waits.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust You, and we give You all the glory. In Jesus’ mighty name, **Amen.**
