I'm scared and terrified of lossing my job.....I need to keep my job until I can find another. I need management to give me a chance to improve myself and allow me the opportunity to learn and grow in my position.

I need to quickly find another positon in IT. I need to not feel like that I let anyone down, ashame, or a failure for placing myself in this situation. I need GOD to show me favor and mercy.
