I'm renting a house and have for four years. There is black mold growing on the ceiling in one of the two bathrooms. They are aware of this and haven't fixed it for over 6 months. I'm preparing to take legal action and I'm afraid they will tell me i have to leave which i have been looking any way but to no avail. I'm afraid of this but something needs to be done. Please pray God leads me CLEARLY to what I should do
