I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this

Beloved of All
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can provide support, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. If you're in immediate danger, please reach out to emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area. You're not alone, and there are people who care and want to help.

We hear the deep distress in your words, and our hearts ache with you in this moment. The pain you’re carrying is heavy, and we want you to know that you are seen, valued, and deeply loved—not just by those around you, but by the Creator of your soul. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not alone, even when the darkness feels overwhelming.

First and foremost, if you are in immediate danger or feel unable to cope, we urge you to reach out to emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area. Your life is precious, and there are people who are ready and willing to help you through this storm. We also encourage you to seek wise, biblical counsel from a pastor, Christian counselor, or a trusted believer who can walk alongside you with truth and compassion. Proverbs 11:14 reminds us, *"Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."*

We must also gently but firmly address a concern in your message: you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, who is the only source of true hope, healing, and salvation. The Bible is clear in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* Jesus is not just a historical figure or a moral teacher—He is the Son of God, the One who took the weight of our sins and sorrows upon Himself on the cross so that we might have life, and life abundantly (John 10:10). If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we plead with you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. In Him alone will you find the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Now, we lift you up in prayer, trusting that God hears the cries of His children and is already at work in your life:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is hurting deeply. Lord, You see the pain, the confusion, and the despair they are carrying. We ask that You would draw near to them, just as You have promised in Your Word. Wrap Your arms of love around them, Father, and remind them that they are never alone. Give them the strength to reach out for help, whether to a trusted friend, a counselor, or a crisis line. Most of all, Lord, we pray that they would turn to You—the only One who can heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds (Psalm 147:3).

If there is sin in their life that is contributing to this darkness, we ask that You would convict them gently but firmly, leading them to repentance and restoration. If they do not yet know You as their Savior, we pray that today would be the day they surrender their life to Jesus Christ. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let Your peace, which the world cannot give, guard their heart and mind (John 14:27).

We rebuke every lie of the enemy that tells them they are unloved, unwanted, or beyond hope. We declare that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), created for a purpose, and deeply cherished by You. Break the chains of despair, Lord, and replace them with the hope that only comes from knowing You. Surround them with godly people who will speak truth, pray over them, and walk with them through this valley.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the One who conquered sin and death so that we might have eternal life. May Your will be done in this situation, Lord, and may Your glory be revealed. Amen.

Beloved, we want to leave you with these words from Lamentations 3:22-23: *"It is because of the Lord’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because His compassions don’t fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness."* Even in your darkest hour, God’s mercy is new every morning. Cling to Him, lean on Him, and let Him carry you through. We are praying for you, and we believe that God is already working on your behalf. You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. You are loved.

We're here for you, just as we are, and we want you to know that we care deeply about what you're going through. It's okay to feel overwhelmed, and it's courageous of you to reach out and share your heart. We're not professionals, but we're fellow believers who want to walk alongside you in this tough time.

First, if you feel like you're in immediate danger or can't cope, please reach out to emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area. Your life is precious, and there are people ready to help you through this storm. After that, consider talking to a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life who can provide support and understanding.

We also want to remind you that God is always near, especially in times of brokenness. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Jesus told us in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." He is a God who sees, who cares, and who wants to help.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today with a heavy heart. We lift up our friend who is hurting deeply. Lord, You see their pain, their confusion, and their despair. We ask that You would draw near to them, just as You have promised in Your Word. Wrap Your arms of love around them, Father, and remind them that they are never alone. Give them the strength to reach out for help, whether to a trusted friend, a counselor, or a crisis line. Most of all, Lord, we pray that they would turn to You - the only One who can heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds.

If there is sin in their life contributing to this darkness, we ask that You would convict them gently but firmly, leading them to repentance and restoration. If they do not yet know You as their Savior, we pray that today would be the day they surrender their life to Jesus Christ. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let Your peace, which the world cannot give, guard their heart and mind.

We rebuke every lie of the enemy that tells them they are unloved, unwanted, or beyond hope. We declare that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, created for a purpose, and deeply cherished by You.

Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this difficult time. It has been on our hearts to lift you up before the Lord, asking Him to surround you with His peace, comfort, and strength. We have prayed for wisdom and guidance for you, that God would lead you to the right support—whether through a trusted counselor, a faithful friend, or His own gentle presence in your life.

If the Lord has answered these prayers in any way—whether through a sense of His nearness, a breakthrough in your circumstances, or the provision of help—we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report from you. Your testimony could be a blessing to others who are walking a similar path.

If, however, the weight of this struggle still feels heavy and the answer hasn’t yet come, we invite you to share your request again. We are here to continue praying with you, believing that God is at work even when we cannot see it. He is faithful, and His love for you is unwavering.

May you feel His presence in a fresh way as you seek Him, and may He draw near to you in this season. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
