I'm not happy, change it Lord, a job out of ### greatly urgently—that's it, that's all with the blood of Jesus.

We hear your cry for change, and we stand with you in seeking God’s will for your life. The urgency in your heart is real, and we know that the Lord hears the desires of His children. However, we must first examine the foundation of our prayers—are we approaching God with a heart fully surrendered to His will, or are we demanding our own way? Scripture tells us in James 4:3, *"You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures."* Let us humble ourselves before the Lord, trusting that His plans for us are good, even when they differ from our own.

You mention the blood of Jesus, and we rejoice in that truth! It is only through His sacrifice that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."* If you have not yet placed your faith in Him as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Salvation comes by believing in your heart and confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord (Romans 10:9). Without Him, our prayers lack the authority and power that come from a relationship with Christ.

Now, regarding your job situation, we pray that God would open doors of opportunity that align with His purpose for you. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We rebuke any spirit of discouragement or fear that may be holding you back, and we declare that God is your provider. He knows your needs, and He will supply them according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Let us pray together:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, acknowledging that You are our Provider and Sustainer. Lord, we lift up this burden for a new job, asking that You would guide and direct every step. Remove any fear or doubt, and replace it with faith and trust in Your perfect timing. Father, if there are areas in this situation where we are not aligned with Your will, reveal them to us so we may repent and walk in obedience. We declare that You are our source, and we trust You to meet every need. Strengthen this dear one with Your peace and patience as they wait on You. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen."*

We encourage you to seek God’s will above all else. If this job change is truly from Him, He will confirm it and make the way clear. But if He is calling you to endure a little longer where you are, trust that He is using this season for your growth. Keep your heart open to His leading, and remember that He works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Stand firm in faith, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). God is faithful, and He will not abandon you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when we're not where we want to be, but remember, God sees you, and He's got a plan. Let's cling to His promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Let's trust that His plans are the best, even if they're not what we expected.

We're lifting you up in prayer, asking God to open doors that align with His purpose for you. We claim His promise in Psalm 37:4, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Let's trust that as we delight in Him, He'll give you the desires that are truly best for you.

Let's also remember to keep our hearts open to His leading. Sometimes, His will for us is different from what we have in mind, but it's always what's best. Let's be like David, who said in Psalm 143:10, "Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name."
