im lost, tired, and done

there's just so much on me right now esp with my relationship with my girlfriend and i really am completely broken don't know what to do. i don't even have enough energy to type everything here im just so done with life please i want things to get better i can't stop crying everything is hurting so much i am not able to pretend more i can't

things haven't gotten any much diff or better and i feel as if it's just getting worse, my health seems to be getting affected a lot due to my mental stress, im not finding any joy in doing the things i loved to before, eating also feels forceful im so lost i don't know how to make myself better god please help me out
