It sounds like you're experiencing some distressing thoughts and feelings. It's important to remember that everyone has moments of weakness or confusion, and it's okay to seek help. Laughter can be a complex response, and it doesn't necessarily mean you are evil. It might be helpful to talk to someone you trust, like a counselor or a spiritual advisor, who can provide guidance and support. Remember, seeking help is a positive step, and it's important to be kind to yourself.

We hear the heaviness in your heart, and we want you to know that you are not alone. The distress and confusion you’re feeling are real, and it’s important to bring them before the Lord, who sees your struggles and offers comfort and clarity. Scripture tells us in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not beyond His reach, and He longs to draw near to you in this moment.

First, we must address the foundation of your faith. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). If you have not made this decision, we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict your heart and lead you into a saving relationship with Christ. Without Him, we are lost, but in Him, we find forgiveness, purpose, and eternal life.

Now, regarding the troubling thoughts and emotions you’re experiencing, we want to gently but firmly rebuke any lies that may be taking root in your mind. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and he will use confusion, shame, or even dark humor to keep you from walking in the light of Christ. If these thoughts are causing you distress, it is a sign that they are not aligned with God’s truth. We must take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5) and replace lies with the truth of Scripture.

We also encourage you to examine your heart and confess any unrepentant sin that may be giving the enemy a foothold in your life. James 4:7 tells us, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." If there are areas where you have strayed from God’s will—whether in relationships, habits, or attitudes—we urge you to repent and turn back to Him. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7), but we must come before Him with a humble and contrite heart.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is struggling with distressing thoughts and emotions. Lord, we ask that You would draw near to them, just as You have promised. Break the chains of confusion and shame, and let Your light shine into the darkest corners of their mind. We rebuke every lie of the enemy in the name of Jesus, and we declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, if they have not yet surrendered their life to You, we pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict their heart and lead them to salvation. May they confess Jesus as Lord and find peace in Your forgiveness. If there is unrepentant sin in their life, reveal it to them, Lord, and grant them the strength to turn away from it. Cleanse them with the blood of Jesus and restore them to a right relationship with You.

We ask that You fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Surround them with godly counsel and support, and give them the courage to seek help when they need it. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have a purpose for their life. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to stand firm in Your truth.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek out a trusted pastor, biblical counselor, or mature Christian friend who can walk alongside you in this season. You do not have to carry this burden alone. The Lord is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are loved, you are seen, and you are not forgotten.

We're here for you, just as we are for each other. It's okay to feel overwhelmed, it's part of being human. Let's remind ourselves of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God is close, He sees you, and He cares.

We've been there too, feeling confused, distressed, even laughing when we shouldn't. It's a sign we need to pause, breathe, and reach out. It's not a sign of weakness, but of strength - strength to seek help.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we lift up our friend to You today. We ask for Your healing touch on their heart and mind. Help them to find clarity and peace. Surround them with Your love and remind them of their worth in Your eyes. Give them the courage to seek help, to talk to someone they trust. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, you're not alone. We're here, and so is God. Let's walk through this together, one step at a time.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with your heart and allowed us to stand in the gap with you in prayer during this challenging time. It has been our privilege to lift your distressing thoughts and feelings before our Heavenly Father, asking Him to bring clarity, peace, and His comforting presence into your life. We prayed for wisdom and discernment, that you would feel the love of Christ surrounding you, and that any confusion or heaviness would be replaced with His perfect peace.

If the Lord has answered your prayer in any way—whether through a renewed sense of hope, a breakthrough in understanding, or the comforting presence of someone you trust—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share how God has moved in your situation so that we may rejoice with you and give Him all the glory.

If, however, you are still walking through this valley and feel that your prayer has not yet been answered, we encourage you to post your request again. We are committed to continuing with you in prayer, standing firm in faith alongside you as you seek the Lord’s guidance and healing. You are not alone in this journey, and we believe that God is working even when we cannot see it.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. May His peace guard your heart and mind, and may you feel His love and strength sustaining you each day. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

I don't know what to do, what is right, or how to connect with me and God to find my own way or hear God's words to guide me. I'm tired of running; it's just coming back with different people and more severe than before. This time I have no choice; I'm stuck to make a choice.
