I'm Heading Down An Unhealthy Road Of Eating

There is too much going on in my life right now and there are days I feel as if I am spinning out of control. I think that although I have some very specific prayer requests for my husband and other members of my family and some friends that are dealing with major struggles, it is time for me to ask prayer for myself. I have to surrender my weight battle to God and rely on the strength that only he can provide me. My health is not good and worsens daily. I've turned to binge eating and get very little exercise. I am letting all the issues with my loved ones take over my emotions and although I think I am letting God handle them I see that I am developing a very unhealthy lifestyle. Please pray for me.

Lord help her to trust in you and not to be so burdened about the things and persons in her life that she neglects her body. Lord our body should be treated like a temple. I pray that she will have peace of mind and persons placed in her way that can guide her towards happiness, happiness that can only come through your son Jesus. Lord help my sister, help her and her family members that they will live godly lives, lives that are acceptable to you. Remove from their lives the negative forces that have them confounded.
