Hi everyone, I'm really having a hard time, I'm very sad. I'm having a hard time not looking with my earth eyes. My husband said horrible-mean things to me today and I lashed back at him, I wish I handled it better, what he said was so hard to hear. I don't understand how someone can change from one person to another in a day. Maybe I'm not being patient and waiting on the Lord, I miss him and want things to go back to the way I thought we were. I need some help to get through all this and I'm not sure what to pray for. I think my husband has a girlfriend and it really hurts and he just wants a divorce. He's also going to a spiritual retreat this weekend and I'm really hoping something good comes out of it.

Thank YOU,

Lisa

Father bless this family with unity. Father comfort Your child in her time on need. During the spiritual retreat soft her husband heart and open his eyes to unite and fight with his wife. In Jesus name, Amen.

Lord I ask you to take this woman under your loving arms and comfort her. Give her wisdom in the way she approaches her husband, and Lord rebuke any spirits of lust from her husbands eyes, that his eyes will only be on his lovely wife. Lord give this couple a chance to fall in love with each other once again and bring peace into their relationship and their home, in Jesus name! Amen!

I'll gladly help you. Don't be surprised if it is so swift that you are shocked.

lord i commit this hands unto your lord. i pray father that you bring him back to his senses an to start appreciating his wife i pray lord that you soften their hearts that they will be able to forgive ech other and be able to solve their differences . for your glory and honour amen

God bless you Lisa and loves you.I believe with all my heart that God loves you. HIS LOVE and GRACE IS sufficient for you. Sometime those who are very close to us, used, abuse, and betrays us. God has been betrayed so many times by us, even from Adam & Eve, all through the ages, Jesus has been betrayed, even today by christian, by denying him in our decision making, and even our own personal life. So God understands more than anyone else. How did Jesus deals with that situation? He said "Father forgive them for they dont know what they are doing". when Peter denied Jesus, and Jesus rose from the dead, He visited Peter and bring restoration, healing. Peter denied Him out of fear. Jesus looked beyond his fault, sin and brought restoration.

Father I know you do not give us more than we can endure. You have given your daughter the grace to overcome this trial, through the many example you have demonstrated while Jesus was on this earth, even too when Adam & Eve betrayed you for another. Yet your love chased after them.

Lisa, our warfare is not carnal, in other words fleshly, it is spiritual, therefore it MUST BE FOUGHT SPIRITUAL. We wrestle not against flesh or blood but powers of darkness. You must realize from what point you are fighting from. It must be in the spirit. How does one fight in the spirit, it is only only by the word of God. When your husband, or anyone says unkind words to you, speak the word of God to that principality, speak to the power of darkness, read a psalm if you dont know what to say at the time. Prophesy the word of God over your husband. He does not have to hear it, also bless him according to what Jesus says" bless those who curse and use you. Your flesh will not want to do so, this is where you deny flesh and follow Jesus...

There are times when we just need to be obedient to the word, and the word will accomplish what it is set out to accomplish. Jesus used the word. God bless you

I want to Thank all of you so very much for your kindness and prayers. I also want to Thank all of you for helping me keep up my faith and feeling like I can make it one more day. So many things are happening in my life all at once. I'm very blessed to have such a large support group all around me, Christians and some non-Christians. Although there are many Christians who don't understand about standing for your marriage, so your prayers, support, understanding and encouragement are so precious to me and I'm extremely grateful. I have finally realized what I'm going through is going to take alot of faith and patience, waiting for the Lords timing. That was very hard to get in my head. Fear is what's been driving me and I know fear is not from God, but even though I know that, I struggle with it alot. I'd love to know what's going to happen, but I know that's what everyone wants, so I'm not alone. I'd also love to have step by step instructions on what to do and say every single day. I never know if I'm doing the rights things or the wrong things, I have so many-many questions. I seem to feel better when I receive encouragement daily, so I'd like to get into the habit of e-mailing others who are going through the same thing as well as strong Christians. I think the stronger Christian I am, the better I'll be able to handle what's going on.

I find myself talking to friends and family all day long, saying the same things because I just can't believe this is all happening and I pray I will wake up from this nightmare. I can't wait for the day when this is not all I think about and talk about, better yet, when it's over. Everyone tells me there's a reason why it's happening and I can't see the bigger picture yet, I wonder if thats true.

Anyway, Thank YOU all so much again, your words are so helpful and very much appreciated.

God Bless YOU ALL!

Lisa

Lord, Bring Peace and Comfort to those who are hurting. I Pray that You restore those marriages that are torn apart. Father, Reveal to those broken lives that they can count on You as being their helpmate. Fill the emptiness in these lives. God Bless them all.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.

5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.

7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
