Im Feeling Good in my arms

and then there is still something making me not feel right

i can lift my arms up without them being heavy now

i don't know if this is going to stay like this but it is amazing that i can keep my arms up longer now when im putting my hair up

just please fix or take away what is making me feel bad still

please Heal me physically
