I'm Falling Fast

I need prayer urgently, I've returned to drugs and I'm falling fast.I'm scared worried depressed and I'm in pain all the time. I have a new grand baby and my daughter is a new mom they need me.my son is only 14 he still needs me . Please pray i want to get better i want to get betterdon't know how tho. PleasE please help I'm desperate,i need me and so does my family. Please God help us.we are losing our house. Can you please pray we don't please thank you I'm only asking for what i absolutely need my Lord nothing more.please my family and my home and my sobriety.i want and need it back. I don't come out of this room anymore. I know I've done so much wrong I'm sorry. Please forgive me in the name of Jesus Christ please help
