I'm dealing with someone who, even upon looking up the definition, is a "Type A Personality," always driving herself to do more, more, more, can't sit still, if she has a little time she'll concoct something to do to fill it in. The problem is, I deal with her job-related, and I have my own things to take care of, I can't keep putting them off indefinitely because she "can't sit still." This week is the worst of all, every day but Sunday she has me running. I need to get her off my back with her hyper attitude, because hey guess what? I have my own things to take care of, and how can I when she's breathing down my back every minute? That's the problem that needs a solution.
