I'm dealing with a problematic person{job related}

I'm dealing with a problematic person{job related} {Someone else gave her my number}And from day 1 I had "problems" with her.She's one pf the people I drive around,but unlike the others, she's exceptionally stubborn and wants her way all the time whether it's possible on the other persons part or not. You say no, it goes in 1 ear and out the other,you don't answer the phone, she keeps calling,texting,etc(very pushy}.She also does things in a dumb way,then wants YOU to "pick up the slack" for her.When I tell her I can't do something at that time, she plays dumb, or acts hard of hearing.If I block her number, she'll probably try from a different number.I'm hoping for maybe her to divert her attention elsewhere,and get her focus off of me.(That's the prayer request.HELP!!!(Oh and when I suggest different ways of transportation, she shoots them down, 1 by 1.I tell her to have a backup plan when I can't do something, she doesn't like that idea either.(very stubborn}Prayers!!
