Hello thanks again for all of the prayers they have been life changing! So I have been cleaning houses and office buildings for over 3 years now and I am the assistant office manager and the manager of all of the cleaners. I have been so blessed at my current job and love what I do but it has been a lot of wear and tare on my vehicle and I just want to try something different and new and have an actual career. I saw a company vehicle yesterday that said assisting hands health care on it and I wrote the number down. I have always had a special place in my heart towards the elderly and I am going to apply for a job there today! The only thing that worries me is my past and the terrible record I have from when I used to be in addiction. My background has been a trial for me when looking for new work and i need prayers for them to see something special in me so they will give me a chance to work there. This is a passion of mine and I know that with God all things are possible. Lord please open up doors for me that no man can shut and even if you don't open this door I will still praise you for who you are in Jesus name Amen

We rejoice with you in hearing how God has been working in your life and we give thanks with you for the way He has sustained you and blessed you in your current work. We have heard your heart for diligence and faithfulness over these three years as you have served as assistant office manager and manager of cleaners, and we know the Lord sees that labor. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. Your desire to steward what God has given you well, including your vehicle and your health, and to seek a career where you can use the compassion God has placed in you for the elderly is a good and honorable desire.

We also thank God with you for the deliverance He has brought you from addiction. Your past does not define you any longer, for if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17. We know that a record from that former life can feel like a heavy trial when seeking new work, and we understand your worry. Yet we are reminded not to remember the former things in a way that holds us captive, for God says Behold, I will do a new thing Isaiah 43:19, and we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. When an employer looks at a background check they may see a history, but God sees a redeemed heart and He is able to cause others to see what He has done in you as well.

We love your faith in declaring that with God all things are possible Matthew 19:26 and your prayer for the Lord to open doors that no man can shut Revelation 3:8 while still praising Him even if He does not open this particular door. That posture of surrender is exactly what God desires. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. We encourage you to continue to trust His perfect will and timing, to be fully honest and transparent about your past if asked, trusting that honesty honors Him and that His favor can go before you, and to remain faithful in your current position until He clearly leads you elsewhere.

We join our faith with yours now and pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your mercy and grace that has brought our dear one out of addiction and into new life. We thank You for the work of their hands these past years and for the blessing this job has been. Lord, You know the wear and tear, the long hours, and the faithful service offered, and we ask You to honor that diligence. We lift up this application to ### and this desire to care for the elderly. You have placed this passion in their heart and we ask that You would guide every step. If it is Your will, open this door that no man can shut, soften the hearts of those who will review this application, let them see not just a record but a transformed life, a dependable and compassionate worker, and grant favor that goes beyond qualifications. If this is not the door You have for them, we ask that You make that clear and open a better door in Your perfect timing, and guard their heart from discouragement. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7, so we ask for that peace to rest upon them now as they wait upon You. Continue to be their provider, their healer, and their guide, and let their life be a testimony of Your redeeming power. We pray all these things in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, amen.

We were so glad to hear from you again and to hear how God has sustained you these past three years. Leading a team of cleaners and caring for homes and offices is faithful, demanding work, and we understand both your thankfulness for it and why the wear on your vehicle and the desire for a long term career would have you looking in a new direction.

It makes sense that seeing that Assisting Hands vehicle would catch your heart, especially with the tenderness you have long felt toward the elderly. It is also understandable that your past in addiction and the record that came with it would make this application feel vulnerable. We admire your honesty about that history and the steady way you have kept showing up and working faithfully.

As you apply, one practical step that often helps is to prepare a simple, calm way to talk about your story if they ask about your background. You do not need to share every detail, just a brief, honest sentence or two about where you were, how long you have been out of that life and working consistently, and what that journey has taught you about responsibility and compassion for others. A strong reference from your current manager who sees your daily reliability can also speak for you in a powerful way.

We are praying with you for clear guidance, whether this door opens or God leads elsewhere.

Father, we bring our friend before You today. You know the desire to serve the elderly and the worry about the past. Grant favor as You will, give peace while waiting, and make the next steps clear. Provide the right work in Your timing and keep our friend steady in Your grace. In Jesus name, Amen.

Thank you for praying often and keeping your bible open at all times may God bless all who pray. May he give us peace as we grow in our faith towards God. Yeah and let us not grow weary in well doing. Let us not grow weary in prayer and worship and abstainimg from sin thank you God for letting me to throw away. Block. Restrict. Practice sexual purity and chastoty before marriage. Only possible with faith. Scriptures. Lord Yeshuas name. Prayig for the churchs of Pakistan. India. And Africa. They are still growing Lord. Also we have church in China and Korea still growing Lord. And in European nations. Thank you God so many are praying and coming to know you. Ive spent my life sinning against you because of fornicationnand adultery and sin and now I can pray and worship you and stay away from all adulterous woman. Thank you God. Lord Yeshuas name amen.

We have heard your thanksgiving and your petition with great joy, and we rejoice with you in what the Lord has already done. For three years He has sustained you in faithful labor, and He has brought you out of the bondage of addiction into newness of life, and this itself is a testimony that with God all things are possible. That you now desire to use your hands in caring for the elderly is a tender and Christlike inclination, for our Lord has ever had compassion upon the weak and the aged.

You speak of your past and the record that follows you, and how it haunts you as you seek a new door of service. Hear the comfort of the word, that when the past haunts you, still the Eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He is your abode and your support, your shelter from all accusation. In yourself in Adam you were black, but in the second Adam you are comely, and in God's sight you are lovely, as though you were perfect in Christ. For when He turns in a way of grace to His people, He passes by transgression, iniquity and sin, and remembers not the transgression of His people because His mercy in Christ Jesus endures forever. The thunder and the lightning are over, the storm is past, and the still small voice proclaims the infinite pardon that proceeds from a tender Father's heart.

Men must look at records and registers, but blessed be God, the Lord shall record when He registers the people. Who else could do it rightly. If our enemies had the making of the roll they would write down the offscouring and omit the jewels, they would record the base and pass over the chosen. But the Lord records according to grace, not according to what we were, but according to what we are in Jesus. He is the God of my mercy, who as a rich father allots to each child a choice and special mercy fitted for our peculiar case, and He has such a portion laid up for you.

Take heart also from this word, at the second time Joseph was made known to his brothers. Your first season was marked by trial and failure, but the Lord delights to bring His people a second time and make sure work of it. What was hidden or despised at the first may be revealed in blessing at the second. If your first seeking was marred, let this encourage you to seek the Savior again in this new endeavor, hoping that at the second time He will make Himself known in His providence and kindness.

We will pray for you.

O Lord our God, our help in ages past and our hope for years to come, we thank Thee for delivering our friend from addiction and for sustaining daily labor these three years. We bless Thee that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and that in Him there is pardon without stint or quantity. Look upon this Thy servant who desires to serve the aged with gentleness and care. If it be Thy will, open the door that no man can shut, and grant favor in the eyes of those who will review this application, that they may see not merely a record of the past but a life made new by grace, faithful, trustworthy and compassionate. Grant wisdom and clarity in the interview, provision for daily needs, and relief from the burden that has pressed upon this life. And if in Thy sovereign wisdom Thou dost not open this door, help Thy servant still to praise Thee, to rest in Thy refuge, and to trust that Thou who hast been our God in the past will certainly be our God in the future. Keep this heart from discouragement, stir it to holy exertion, and let the goodness of God excite a sacred jealousy against all sin. We ask all in the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and righteousness. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you for sharing your heart so openly and for letting us pray with you. I rejoice to hear how God has sustained you these three years in hard and faithful work, and how He has brought you out of addiction into a new life. That is the power of His grace, that what was once slavery can be left behind and a new path can be chosen. Change for the better is possible with Him, and your desire to use your gifts to care for the elderly is a good and loving aim.

I understand the worry you carry about your record. It is painful when the past seems to stand in front of the future. Yet the Lord does not see you as your record defines you. If you are in Christ you are a new creation, and you have already tasted the first fruits of His mercy in freeing you, restoring you, and giving you a desire to serve others. What you have now is a pledge of greater things to come, and even while we wait for the full redemption He promises, He is at work in the present to shape us and open the right way forward.

I will pray for you, that God in His wisdom will open the door that is best for you, and that if this position with Assisting Hands is His will, He will give you favor with those who make the decision. I will pray that they will see your faithfulness, your care for others, and the steadiness you have shown as a manager and as one who has walked out of a difficult past with honesty and perseverance. Pray also for peace to trust Him if He keeps this door closed, knowing that He will still lead you to the place where you can do the most good.

As you wait and as you apply, continue to walk closely with the Lord. Keep His word before you daily, and share what you learn with those in your home, so that your zeal is nourished and not quenched by the pressures of the day. Be truthful with the employer about your history as wisdom requires, provide faithful references from your current work, and continue to do your present duties with excellence as a witness to the change God has made.

Let us pray together. Father, we thank You for Your mercy that has brought our brother and sister out of darkness and into new life through Jesus Christ. We thank You for the work of their hands and for the compassion You have placed in their heart for the elderly. We ask You to go before them in this application. If it is Your will, grant them favor and open a door that no one can shut. Give wisdom and discernment to those who review the application, and let them see integrity and hope. Above all, let Your will be done, and keep this dear one praising You and trusting You whatever the outcome. Strengthen them to continue in faithfulness, and provide for every need according to Your riches in Christ. In the name of Jesus our only hope and Redeemer, Amen.
