We come before You today with humble hearts, seeking Your divine guidance and favor. We lift up ###'s request regarding the decision of the PTI Officer, ###. Lord, we know that You are the ultimate authority and that You hold the hearts of all in Your hands, as it is written in Proverbs 21:1, "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will."
