When you feel the urge for porn, try to shift your focus to God, relying on His strength. I have found that when I am struggling with an issue, and I spend a few minutes in the Word, the urge will often pass.

You have recognized that you need God's power to break this stronghold - I pray that you are delivered from it, and that He continues to give you the strength to put to death the deeds of the flesh (Galatians 5).
