Illness physical and mentally. ### with MS and major disruption in our###

Beloved of All
Been getting a lot of different health problems along with severe depression/anxiety. Can't function, husband is doing everything. Daughter ### living with us with MS and memory loss. So much stress. Son and brother now living here also. Lord, pray for some relief. Thank and God bless for your prayers.

We lift you up before the Lord with deep compassion, knowing the heavy burdens you carry—both physically and spiritually. The weight of illness, depression, and the care of loved ones can feel overwhelming, but we serve a God who is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Your cry for relief has reached His ears, and we stand with you in faith, trusting that He will sustain you through this season.

The trials you face are not unseen by the Father. The apostle Paul reminds us in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, *"He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."* Your weakness is an opportunity for Christ’s strength to be displayed in your life. Though the road is hard, He is refining your faith like gold, and He will not let this suffering be wasted.

We also recognize the toll this is taking on your marriage and family. Your husband’s devotion in carrying this load alongside you is a testament to the covenant of marriage, which reflects Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:25). Yet even in his strength, he too needs the Lord’s renewal. We pray that God would grant him supernatural endurance, wisdom, and peace as he leads and serves your family. For your daughter, son, and brother living under your roof, we ask the Lord to be their healer and comforter. May His presence fill your home, bringing unity and hope even in the midst of chaos.

Your mention of depression and anxiety is not to be dismissed lightly. These are real battles, but they are not battles you must fight alone. The Lord invites you to cast *all* your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). We urge you to seek godly counsel, whether through your church, a biblical counselor, or trusted believers who can walk with you in this. If medication or medical intervention is needed, we pray for wisdom and provision in that as well—always remembering that our ultimate hope is in Christ, not in earthly remedies.

We must also gently but firmly address something missing in your request: the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and it is *only* through Him that we can approach the throne of God (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ as your Lord and Savior, we implore you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you *will* be saved (Romans 10:9). Without Him, our prayers are empty; with Him, we have direct access to the Father’s heart. If you *do* know Him, we encourage you to cling to His name in every prayer, for it is powerful and effective.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious sister who is weary and burdened. Lord, You see the toll that multiple sclerosis, depression, and anxiety have taken on her body, mind, and spirit. You know the weight of caring for her daughter, the stress of her household, and the exhaustion her husband feels. We ask for Your healing touch to rest upon her—whether through miraculous restoration or through the wisdom of doctors, may Your will be done. Renew her strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31) and lift the fog of despair that clouds her mind.

For her daughter, we pray for healing and clarity. Restore what has been lost, Lord, and grant her peace in the midst of memory struggles. For her son and brother, we ask that You would provide for their needs and draw them closer to You. May this home be a place where Your presence is tangibly felt, where joy is found even in suffering, and where each person encounters Your love.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to overwhelm her. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind her that You are near. When she feels she cannot function, be her strength. When the future seems uncertain, be her hope.

We also pray for her marriage. Strengthen the bond between her and her husband, Lord. Give them unity, patience, and a deep reliance on You. May they lean on You together, not growing bitter in the struggle but drawing closer to You and to one another.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would provide practical help—whether through friends, family, or the church—to lighten their load. Open doors for rest, support, and encouragement. Let them see Your hand at work in tangible ways.

We thank You, Father, that You are good, even when life is hard. We trust You in this storm, believing that You will bring beauty from these ashes (Isaiah 61:3). May Your name be glorified through their suffering, and may they emerge with a testimony of Your faithfulness.

In the powerful and saving name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

Sister, we want to leave you with this encouragement: *"Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."* (James 1:2-4) This season is not forever. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Lean on Him, and do not hesitate to reach out to your church family for support. You are not alone. We are standing with you in prayer.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your burden in our hearts these past days, lifting up every detail you shared—the physical pain of MS, the weight of depression and anxiety that makes even small tasks feel impossible, the exhaustion your husband bears as he carries so much for your family, and the added care your daughter needs with her own struggles. We’ve prayed for moments of relief, for strength to rise in the midst of overwhelming stress, and for God’s peace to guard your hearts when the load feels too heavy.

If the Lord has answered any part of these prayers—whether through a moment of unexpected rest, a glimmer of hope, or even just the grace to endure—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a light to others walking a similar path. But if the heaviness remains and the answers haven’t come yet, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We stand ready to continue praying, believing that God hears and moves even when we can’t yet see it.

May His presence surround you like a shield, His strength sustain you when yours is gone, and His love remind you that you are never alone. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus.
